Last updated 27 August 2026. Registering a tool, a company or yourself on OSOE costs nothing. There is no fee and no gatekeeper.

Registering creates no obligation on either side. You are not signing up to anything beyond a place on the map, and OSOE is not promising you anything beyond that place.

By registering you confirm that you are allowed to list the tool, company or role you describe. If you are listing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you may speak for it.

You also confirm that the details you give are accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that you will tell us if they change.

The registry, the ontology and the site are provided as they are, without warranty of any kind. We work to keep them accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it.

OSOE may change, pause or withdraw any part of the service at any time.

Entries that are inaccurate, abusive or automated may be removed without notice.

You keep every right to what you submit. Registering does not transfer ownership of your name, your marks or your descriptions to OSOE.

You give OSOE permission to show your registry entry on osoe.io and in Coalition materials. That permission lasts until you ask for the entry to be removed.
